[3.3.3] How to change side menu titles to different language

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

Hi I have just install the latest b2evolution software on my site , I have one blog in English and another bolg in Afrikaans , Some of the menu title i can change at the Dashboard , but the following side menu items I cannot change :

* Recently
* Archives
* Categories
* Latest comments
Is there a way just to change the title names ?

Just remember that you can translate the strings you need, and leave alone all other.
