[4.0.2] Relative to baseurl problem

My b2evolution Version: 4.0.2

Hi
I have two issues:
1 I installed the b2 almost a year ago on www.benhour.com
. I have 3 blog in it, on the second blog I tried to change {relative to baseurl} from blog2 to blog3. As soon as i did that when I checked the blog it gives me http 404 errors. I thought that option is for that purpose. What should I do to make it work?
2 Is there any way to transfer part of DB from one blog to another blog say blog1 to blog2?

I will appreciate any help.

You need to rename file blog2.php to blog3.php as well ;)

Thanks for reply.
In my installation folder I have blog1.php to blog7.php do you mean these files? Then I will end up with 2 blog3.php unless there is another blogX.php somewhere else.
also do you know how to transfer part of database to another blog . say from blog2 to blog3.
