[4.0.3] 3.3.1 - 4.0.3 Upgrade Issues

Please disregard this post - fixed it on my own. ;)

My b2evolution Version: 4.0.3

Upgrade itself went fine. No errors or issues. But now I've got some anomalous behavior.

1. Permalinks toss an error when clicked.

"Fatal error: Class 'CommentList' not found in /www/davekmusic.com/web/skins/smoke_lipstick2/_item_feedback.inc.php on line 156"

2. And for some reason the fieldsets in the sidebar (email form) are now out of alignment and hang well off the sidebar. :?:

It is a custom skin with lots of mods but I'm pretty sure I hadn't changed anything in the core code prior to the upgrade (learned my lesson on that years ago).

Any help is much appreciated.

I replaced _item_feedback.inc.php from my skin with the default version. I hadn't made any significant changes there anyway.
