My b2evolution Version: 4.0.3

Hello all,

I notice that the new version is automatically shortening the URL "slug" when the blog title is long.

I like the functionality but was wondering if I could configure the maximum URL length. (I'm leaning toward wanting them to be slightly longer than the current setting.)
