My b2evolution Version: 4

I'm using the chita skin and my bulleted lists don't show the bullets. See here for example: http://wccoa.org/index.php/Home/ - the dashes before the 5 items are manually put in, and on the back end the bullets show up but they don't appear on the front end. Ideas?
