My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Any skin designers out there - we really need some new skins with categories that drop down out of the blog titles. There are a million examples out there but here's one: http://www.whatcomalliance.org/index.htm - just hover over any of the pages to the right of Home. b2 is kind of lagging in this area in my opinion.
