My b2evolution Version: 4.03

I have just finished upgrading to v4.03 for my blog at: http://real-estate.in-kw.com/

I have been using FeedBurner successfully with this blog for a number of years. However, since my upgrade I get this message when attemptt to display the Feedburner feed result in my browser:

"This page contains the following errors:
error on line 101 at column 60: EntityRef: expecting ';'
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error."

When I tried to "resync" from within FeedBurner, I received this message:

"There is an issue that must be addressed with your source feed for the feed "Real Estate in Kitchener Waterloo" The URL you entered does not appear to be a valid feed. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 157: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed."

The url I supplied to FeedBurner is: http://real-estate.in-kw.com/?tempskin=_rss2&redir=no

The url I use to view the Feedburner result is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/RealEstateInKW

What am I doing wrong? Using these two urls has always worked in the past...
