Any Ideas???

It's very sad nobody can help with this issue ans so many others. I'm stuck with b2evolution because of some old blogs with tons of content that can't be migrated to any other script.
But the lack of help at this forum is outrageous. FPlanque is absolutely absent and only two or three persons reply intermittently (sam2kb, tliqicom...)

Ignoring people that need help is no way of maintaining loyalty for b2evolution.

You probably need to create a stub file named blog8.php.

Inside your stub make sure it directs to blog 8

# First, select which blog you want to display here!
# You can find these numbers in the back-office under the Blogs section.
# You can also create new blogs over there. If you do, you may duplicate this file for the new blog.
$blog = 8;

If no other way I'll create a stub, but... why did this happen? It was working well in 3.3.3 and also in 4.0.3
Some days ago I tried to add a Free HTML Widget (Amazon Ad) and after that I noticed the strange behavior.
Isn't there an easier way of solving this?

To be able to go to a specific blog using an address like: http://www.literanova.net/blog8.php, there HAS to be a blog8.php stub file.

If it worked before and now it doesn't, that means that you HAD a blog8.php file before and now you don't... for whatever reason. Perhaps it got shuffled, moved or accidentally deleted?

What is your Blog Base url set to in the back office settings for that particular blog? If you don't want to create the stub file, then you need to change that setting to one of the other options available... like the parameter option you're using for your Linkblog - index.php?blog=4

Why there was a stub blog8.php and then there wasn't, I'll never know. I'm sure I didn't delete it.
Anyway I created a new one with Afwas instructions and the problem was solved.
