need help - b2 breaking under high traffic

My b2evolution Version: 4.0.5

hello Guys,

My site is getting the current error message under high load according to peopel using the site.

  AND post_creator_user_ID = 1 )

    OR post_status IN ('published','protected') ) )

 ORDER BY post_datestart DESC, post_ID DESC

 LIMIT 20

any idea guys? my web provider has no idea.

[01-Aug-2011 12:46:21] SQL ERROR: Got error 28 from storage engine(Errno=1030)

just before the sql string.
