My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

I upgraded from 4.0.3 (I believe) to 4.1.2 and now I cannot use my preview button or any button to add richness to my text (em, strong, etc...), in fact, the only buttons above the text box that work are IMG and LINK.

Any ideas?
