[4.1.x] Send comment is not working.

My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

We have just upgraded to version 4.1.2 at http://www.e-crm.co.uk/theblog/blogs/theblog.php

Send comment is not working.

When pressed we get:

Bad Request!
The parameters of your request are invalid.
If you have obtained this error by clicking on a link INSIDE of this site, please report the bad link to the administrator.
Go back to home page
Additional information about this error:
Missing crumb [comment] -- It looks like this request is not legit.

which does not really help.

Any idea as to what the issue is please?

You need to either delete or edit the file "_item_comment_form.inc.php" in your custom skin. Just compare it to original one in /skins/_item_comment_form.inc.php

"_item_comment_form.inc.php" is already not in the custom skin.

Have you saved the whole /skins directory from the previous version?

So what is the solution to this ? I have the same problem and alreade copied the _item_comment.inc.php and _item_comment_form.inc.php files from the /skin directory to my custom skin. But this didn't help.
