Hi,

I tried to upgrade from 4.0.5. to the latest release. Now I can't access to my blog at all.

Install link didnt work (myblog.com/install), 403 forbidden -error.

I tried to restore backup, copied the backuped files but I simply do not know what to do with the db.sql -file that I have.
I tried to restore sql-file from my host. Nothing good.

Then I tried installation of the older version (I still have the .zip -file).

now it gives me an error when I try to acces my home page (main page of my blog): 503 Service Unavailable
