I'm having a problem installing b2 to my second website on my hosting plan. My second website is pointed to a relative file path e.g. filename/
I can't seem to find the variable to switch the filename to the domain path. e.g. http://www.mydomain.com
the software installs fine and then when I go to log in to admin the link attempts to go to http://filename///admin

What's set as the basehost for the second install? Either run the installer, or open up blogs/conf/_config.php and check what's set in there as the basehost for the second installation.
Chances are, if the admin link doesn't work, then lots of other things won't work either (i.e., all of the links created by b2evo)
