Actually, in addition to reading the linked page that provides detailed info on whether or not there is something to be called an "english" file, you might also want to enable the displaying of file extensions in your Windows XP. That thing there that looks like a powerpoint file, it's NOT a ppt file... it's a .POT file and it's going to be important for you to know that when you translate :P

You mean by translating massages in side that file, well leads to make massages appears in Arabic (sure after renaming the file messages.po) and making that sequence you pointed out in your first post
There isn't one. The english is the default in the b2evo files which is translated into the various languages.
