It could be implemented a verification code in comments and thus the visitors should complete the code showed in a picture as It is in other webs.

I think it is not difficult and I was trying it but I was not be able to find the comments form file.

Besides, I thinks there is a random function in php so you could use 4 o 5 images in order to not repeat always the same.
