Yeah and also being able to do one less than 5 characters... blocking 'sex' would save a lot of trouble. :) My site is family friendly and I really hate porn anything showing in referrer stats.

all URL with the word [fioricet] inside are actually banned.
"fioricetsomething" is banned.

Blocking "sex" would block:

JewishSussex.com
EssexCountyBeeKeepers.org
BassExpert.com
RomansInSussex.co.uk[/list:u]
and many others...
I've got a "politically correct" blog about sexuality and I don't intend the antispam blacklist to be used as a parental control system. My site is ICRA labelled, so parents can configure their Internet Explorer to prevent their kids to go there (Mozzila Firefox doesn't seem to include any parental control system). However, maybe would it be interesting to include a kind of "chastity belt" in addition to the antispam blacklist...
Take a look at the Google's chastity belt too tight article about banning the "sex" keyword.
Depends on how the url was written. If fioricet wasn't included as a discrete word within the url (ie. it was part of a word, like fioricetsomething) then the anti-spam won't necessarily pick it up.
This is why wildcards would be just soooo good :-)
