Not specifically for a photoblog, but you can use any skin really. Topanga has one in the works I think, but I don't know when she'll release that.

Photoblogs show ONE LARGE photo, and have to bottons for Next and Previous photos...

You could just show one post. Most skins have previous and next links anyway.
