Are you trying to use your pre-phoenix skin? If so check out http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=6227 because old skins don't work anymore.

I had it set to the basic skin that came with phoenix. But you did point me in the right direction. I figured it was still saving the skin setting from before. After I cleared out my cookies it started working. Thanks!
