Okay, my blog has been turned off by my server because they tell me that there's a problem with my MySQL database. Here's the latest message:

Is there a reasonable way I can edit my MySQL database without destroying my blog? How do I determine what's causing the problem? Or should I just switch hosting companies? I should mention that on average, my blog gets about 140 visitors per day (or it did before they started pulling this garbage.) and I've got about twelve hundred entries and to me that shouldn't cause a pull on the server.
