When did this problem start? Where you editing any core files. If so, resotore the backups you made before you edited the files. If you have a hacks.php file, make sure there is no whitespace at the beginning or end.

This is a fresh install from 2 days ago. I changed a couple options in the admin area at first, but i have since then changed them back to their defaults.

If it's a fresh install, then I would reupload all files. Maybe one of then didn't get uploaded right and it's choking the whole thing.

Reuploaded all files. Didn't help :(

I'm going to try installing it on my work server and see if it works there. It should be a good test, since we're using almost the same PHP 5 version. If it works there, and not on SavingAdvice.com, then that will be very very odd, but it will lead me to believe something is wrong with the SavingAdvice.com server. I'll report back when i've done this.
