I've been looking for a 3-column based skin but since I couldn't find one I liked, I went ahead and modified the helsinki skin to be 3-columns.

I am no PHP or CSS guru so i think i may have some redundant tags & files so I'll appreciate any help.

I also tested with the latest IE, and Netscape/Firefox.

the skin seems Ok but there are times when my boxes look wierd. I'm wondering if anybody out there can check it out, and comment.

My original idea was to call the skin "NewsBriefs" but I'm going to follow up with helsinki's author and make sure he doesn't mind that I changed his skin name. I guess I can rename it to Helsinki-3x. Plus, I'm not planning to submit it - I'm just going to use it on my site unless other people want it.
