I have compile a new locale file (Finnish) for Phoenix 1.6alpha. I notized that some strings (especially in backoffice) will be not translated, maybe due they are not set in code as T('something') or the locale setting initializing does not affect yet when these string are set.

In backoffice (legacy skin):

- $exit_app_links (logout * Exit to blog) on the top
- Write: Files, Upload buttons in enty form
- Antispam: "Pages" in pagenumber link bar

If I find more, I'll report.
