hello i've a webserver (Apache) setup in my computer. i also have the latest PHP and MySQL. i downloaded the b3evolution and tried to install but it gives error, here is the problem..

You must edit your php configuration (php.ini) and enable this module.

Do not forget to restart your webserver (if necessary) after editing the PHP conf.

It seems that the database config settings you entered don't work. Please check them carefully and try again...
