Hey! Im no DBA, nor am I a SQL genius. Im stuck!

Im trying to install/upgrade my old system to the most recent.

I followed the instructions, deleted my old setup and replaced the files and run the install URL.

This is all ok with me, I didnt back up the folder as there was nothing there :) I only set it up this morning for the first time.

But I dont understand why it is firing up the error. Below i have mashed together some screenies showing where i get my information from for the install, but it still doesnt work.

I can log into the DB using that username and password, and i can confirm the prefix is evo_

Can anyone see where my problem is?

(BTW When i try to upload my avatar from URL i get this error:
