Opt-in for post comments

I would like to change my blog so that comments are a opt-in option rather than opt-out.

I couldn't find anything in the forum or fishing in the files.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

admin/b2edit.php, find and change this line :-

param( 'post_comments', 'string', 'closed' ); // 'open' or 'closed' or ...
