Would it be possible to use the b2evo user database, user validation, user login, etc stuff outside b2evo.

So in plugins or seperate systems they could validate that the user is an administrator and grant them access to the page.

I need this for my plugins that have their own 'manager' pages, as they do not load the b2evo core and they need some way of verifing that the user should be there.

Plus it would be good as I could use the b2evo user database for other projects...
