Uneven Skin in v1.8

Hey guys i'm getting an error due to my skin in version 1.8 that i wasn't getting in 1.6. it's erroring out my blog :'(

I'm using the UNEVEN Skin which i love but i get the error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: permalink() in /home/ajourney/public_html/blog_page/skins/Uneven/_main.php on line 161

line 161 code looks like this

<li>- <?php $Comment->author('','') ?> on <a href="<?php $Comment->permalink(); ?>" title="permalink to comment">

Any Code masters out there have any ideas?

Ok i just tried to change the skin and i'm getting an error nomatter what i do. all of the errors occur in the skin in _main.php

thanks, but i have two problems.

1. there isn't a guide on how to upgrade from 1.6 to 1.8 on a skin.

2. It's effecting more then just the skin on my blog.. all skins are not compatible including the ones from b2evo

I can't even access my admin login page directly anymore.
