The text renderer plugin's don't get installed when you do a fresh install to 1.81.

When I create a new post, it always says "no text renderer plug-ins are active" - It seems like the pluginevents table doesn't get populated by
the install script.

I have even tried uninstalling auto P and reinstalling it again, and doesn't work..
