Login to the backoffice as admin. Then go to blog settings, click on your blog and then click on the advanced tab. Scroll down and you will see feedback options. Just make sure that allow comments: Always on all posts is checked. That should do it. If you get alot of spam because of using that feature then you should download the captcha plugin, that way they would need to enter a code before posting. And you also should set New feedback status to 'published' for every blog
