Fresh Install, Cannot Login

I just performed a fresh install of 1.8.5 and cannot login. I use the admin username and password generated by b2evolution and get the following error: 

Warning: main(/var/www/html/novel/skins_adm/legacy/_adminUI.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/novel/_header.php on line 88

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/var/www/html/novel/skins_adm/legacy/_adminUI.class.php' (include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/html/novel/_header.php on line 88

Help, please?

You obviously have forgotten to upload at least one file.

That message means nothing to me.

What file did I forget? (I uploaded everything in the /blogs directory as the instructions told me to)

/var/www/html/novel/skins_adm/legacy/_adminUI.class.php seems to be missing (from /blogs/skins_adm/legacy/_adminUI.class.php).
It's the first one mentioned in both the Warning and the Error.

"Failed opening required X" - what's difficult about that?
