Unable to unlock system?

Upgraded from v4 to v6.6.6
Completed everything, come to unlock system, everytime I try it returns me to the database tool screen and the lock system box remains checked.

Any ideas por favour?

SOLVED:
Very confusing (for me anyway) lock checkbox is on many back office pages, but only by checking/unchecking the lock website box under "site settings" does it finally register and unlock the website.
