Updating php from 7.4 to 8

B2evo Version 7.2.3

Problem1. an error message that was resolved by editing
[/inc/_core/_param.funcs.php] Lines 1400 and 2319

The variable [$err_msg,] now requires a value so I amended to [$err_msg = false,]

Ok the second issue I'm going to try and resolve is

UPDATE: Sadly this was taking up too much time so I have given up for now, will stay with 7.4
