Warning and error by new user and blog creation

after creation of a new bloger and a new blog for him I always get this warning:

Warning: require_once(/www/htdocs/goldseit/blogs/conf/_config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /www/htdocs/w00b5152/plugins/userblog_plugin/_userblog_config.php on line 9

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/www/htdocs/goldseit/blogs/conf/_config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:..') in /www/htdocs/w00b5152/plugins/userblog_plugin/_userblog_config.php on line 9

There is a new folder in root via ftp done but it still do not work. Ideas?

They are all to 777 or 775. The /media folder most is 775 and worked in other cases but not for the new author and blog.

running out of hairs ;-/

Try 777 and also check owner and group on each folder in the path of '/goldseit/blogs/conf/_config.php'

404 Not Found

The blog you requested doesn't seem to exist on this system.

is not possible. My _userblog_config.php works stable and the other old blogs are visible but the new one seems to be impossible.
