If you would check out b2evo v5-alpha you would actually see new skins and new plugins.

There are actually hundreds of new features but we haven't made a list yet... it's actually a very long task to make such a list in this case :/

No matter what, it has never been a priority for us to implement the features as plugins. Most new features are built into the core.

Oh that sounds lovely can't wait to have a look at the new version :) and didn't know about the plugin stuff i just found out now because you told me.

I will wait for a stable release can't wait to see what's new!

Now I use the alpha version , and it works fine and really haven't found any big problem (only one or two small mistakes, whatever b2 core is so stable!)
which I eager to know is how long will the beta or stable version be release? Could you please give a message now? I will be very excited to hear the news about it ! Thanks you very much! :)
