The first link you posted doesn't take me anywhere, and in the second link I don't see anything below 'linkblog', i.e., the linkblog associated to this blog (homedesignsense.com) is empty.

I had both blogs open and compared the settings. Both are the same; but the second one adds a post to the main blog. I only want it to post to the linkblog.

I originally removed all the inks associated with the original settings.

Hi johnj,

One of your blogs *is* your linkblog. This means that posts or links of that blog appear in the sidebar of other blogs.
You don't want to use that linkblog for other purposes.

I understand. But I want to post links in the linkblog in the second blog; but it is not working without posting to the main blog also. Am I missing something?

Hi johnj,

You want a third blog called "Linkblog" (or whatever) dedicated to this.
Every post (main area) in that blog will be an item in the sidebar for the other two blogs.

You don't need this Linkblog in the blogroll, so see it as an administration type blog, like the All blog.
