Have you tried opening the skin files and copy/pasting the relevant sections of PHP and CSS ?

Ps: what you want will basically be standard in b2evolution 5.1

Yes I tried but I don't really know where do I have to put the code. I put it at top of the page at few different place and each time my blog is all messed up.

I know how to modify css files to add background color, font size, etc but I don't know where to put the php code in _body_header.inc.php

I don't know how to solve your problem from the top of my head. This requires maybe one hour of specific investigations just for you. I don't have one hour just for you. I have 5000 items on the todo list of things that will benefit to all users.

There's no two ways about it, if you don't want to hire someone then you need to dig in deeply yourself.

Lol I don't think it is very hard and it's not requires one hour for someone who know php just to move a menu ... thanks anyway. I'll find help somewhere else.
