• The description of your issue is too vague: what antispam mechanism "rejected" the comment? What do you mean exactly by "rejected" ?
• You did not provide a screenshot (as requested for support)
• Missing URL to reproduce the problem

By "rejected", I mean that my commenter receives a message saying that her comment has been rejected because it appears to be spam. The comment then does not appear on my blog.

Providing a screenshot is useless because there is literally nothing to be seen, since the comment does not appear there. The URL is <a href="https://loobynet.co.uk/">https://loobynet.co.uk/</a> but as the comment does not appear there I'm not sure how useful this information will be.

The screenshot would be the exact error message at the time she posts the comment.

Does she have a copy of the comment?

I suppose tit was refused because it contains a word from your antispam blacklist.

One thing you could do, if you want to avoid this, is turn off your antispam blacklist. Or check which terms it contains.
