The "comment count" feature works on one page where all posts and comments are "public" -- on all the pages where the posts and comments are rated "members" I get the "Leave a comment" link only even when there are a number of comments attached to the post

I can access all the comments by following the link but really appreciated knowing how many comments were attached to posts and I haven't found a way to have this feature working

Yes indeed, the comment counts only reflect the public comments.

Now that you mention it, I am not completely sure that still makes sense...

OK, this is a bug in v5 skins (like Asevo). v6 skins already work normally. v5 skins will be fixed in the next release.

I've seen the same issue but with the bootstrap skin which seems to be in version 6.7.7.

Is it the same bug or did I make something wrong ?

There is no "Bootstrap skin" in 6.7.7.

Are you sure you are using the "Bootstrap Blog skin" and not an old "Bootstrap skin" that was included in an older version and may still be on your server?

According to skins management screen, I'm using :
bootstrap 6.7.7 normal 1 bootstrap_blog_skin

Is there a time-frame for "the next release" of the Asevo skin -- v6?

I was hoping this comment counter bug would be resolved.
