New, clean, empty install.

Ccreating a new "Blog":
http://demo2.b2evolution.net/stable/evoadm.php?ctrl=collections&action=new-name&kind=std&skin_ID=1

within http://b2evolution.net/man/collection-demo-content

I select: "Create an empty collection"

And it allows me to un/select these:

• Create demo users:
• Create demo users as comment authors.

When I am in my local, new, clean, empty install, then

• Create demo users:
• Create demo users as comment authors.
  are pre-selected and I am not able to unselect them.

But no demo users or comment authors are created.
Am I missing something?
