After upgrading to 5.0.7

Last week, I did a upgrading from 3.x to 5.0.7
That is a big upgrade. After I did a upgrade, the website is running very slow and I got a lot of out of memory errors.
I have increased the memory buffet to 256MB.
Can you help me?
