This feature is great! I was wondering though (as a matter of interest) why each collection doesn't have its own t&c's feature?
Because doesn't it make sense that different collections are owned by different users and that each collection owner may require their own t&c's?

This was a paid client request and they wanted to attach the T&C to the whole site, with each user being bothered only once.
