I am using the Latest b2 7.** and latest Business skin. When I scroll over the picture, it grays out and I get a magnifying glass.
Is there a way so if I mouse over it doesnt gray out the image?

That's a "feature" of the skin indeed. A choice by the designer of the skin. You need to modify the skin's CSS.
Have you tried looking the code :)
