It seems that the count for comments/feedback does not include one if it is protected.

I.e. Although I am a member of the blog and can see all four comments the count is only three as one is protected. Making it public, even though only members of the blog can see the post increases the count to 4

My view is that as a member can see all comments to a post then the count should relate to the number viewable by that member not the number viewable to some other group i.e. public
