creating a post --- window changed after update

I used to have a wysiwyg sort of window

but since the update it has changed to this:

I did the update as instructed and ran the updater from install. Some of my settings had to be redone in admin

I can't seem to find where to allow the html either. I think I am just looking too hard. I am sorry to post link for images but can't seem to be able to post or attach them here

Is this a 5.0.5 upgrade?

It seems your tinyMCE Plugin is disabled/broken/missing. Check it thoroughly. Reupload it to be sure.

YES!!!

It was enabled prior to the update---yes this latest one.

I also see now that the attachments show in the reply window here when they did not when I posted...trust me this has not been my week...LOL

Is this editor the only plugin of its type available to use?

It's the only one we maintain with the core. There may be 3rd party plugins.
