Database schema is not up to date!

I have just upgraded to the latest version of b2evo and get the following message:

This is b2evolution version 4.1.6.

You cannot use the application before you finish configuration and installation.

You have schema version «10300», but we would need «10200».

Please use the installer to finish your configuration/installation now

Can anybody help me what to do next?

You may have forgotten to upgrade the files in the /conf folder (or some other files if that doesn't work).
