Forbidden Error

My blog has been running for years, and today I get this when I try to save a post:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /blogs/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas?

Well, I just deleted the post and recreated it and that seems to have fixed the problem... strange.
