There is already a system log feature in version 6.5 (System > System log), but it is not as detailed as you're asking for. Maybe we can add a feature request to extend what kind of messages are saved into that log, including changes made to settings, etc.
What more actions do you think we should log?

Thank you and I must have overlooked ... I will check it out then get back to you.
Just anything has changed or modified inside B2E after click the "save" button (excluded FTP, outside B2E, etc) but not clicked this clicked that clicked this clicked that ... I do not want "entirely" recording .... simple "saved" recording ... that's it ... this is too extreme, unneccessary and unneeded to recording "creating a post", "editing post", "adding smiling face" etc ... I believe you get the idea :)

Yes, I got it. A request to extend the system logs is already under discussion at the dev team's board, let's see what they think about it.
Thanks.

where do I get more information about "permissions" ... and the under setting > use perms ... does not looks right (maybe not designed for v6.5 ?)

I don't know what you mean. Maybe the screenshots are not updated yet, but the functionalities are almost the same: http://b2evolution.net/man/advanced-permissions and http://b2evolution.net/man/editing-user-groups/ explain details about permissions.

FAQ, Manual, How to ... this ... http://b2evolution.net/man/
what is the right word to search "hide post" in that manual (Docs)
I am trying to learn more instead of asking B2E so many questions ... or Is it because that manual (Docs) have not updated to v6.5 yet ?
I searched for "hide post" ... ... mmm ... ??? ... which one or where can I learn more about it from the manual
click this

You can hide a post by making it private when you edit it.
You can back date it do it doesn't show in a limited list.
You make a post a draft post
You can make a post a page and not have a way to access pages, although unless private it may be found doing a search
and so on.

FINALLY !!! found it ... You have to create a new blog with checked box on "advanced group permissions" ... saved ... click that "advanced group permissions" link on the next page at the top's status ... then edit "advanced group permissions" from there !!! ... It took me almost an hour to find it or to get there where the image is ( http://b2evolution.net/man/advanced-permissions 's image) ... Geez, (laughing)

Yes I know it's all a bit much sometimes. I've been using b2evo for years and it still takes ages to find things.
All the best

In an attempt to mitigate this, in v5 and even more so in v6, we have moved all settings as close as possible to where they are used. That's why most sections now have their own settings tab.
If you find some settings out of place and have a proposition for a better place to put hem. A more natural place where you looked for them first, please let us know. We're interested in that feedback!
Thanks.

Thank you for the explanation
Your B2E net's Docs (help file) may or is in needed to be updated to 6.5 or new 6.5 Docs

Of course we users could help by spending sometime adding comments to the docs and may become part of the main post when it gets updated
