Hello $username$ - Salutation in Mailing to a comment

Hello,

I answered per mail to a comment (to assure, that my reply to a comment is delivered).
The correspondence shows, that there is a problem in the salutation if the addressee is anonym: "Hello $username$".

And another problem that gets striking with DSGVO: in this mail the IP of the sender is printed in the signature:

"Diese Nachricht wurde von einem Benutzer von dieser IP-Adresse gesendet: 86.32.xx.xxx.[anonymized by me]"

and my real e-mail address is also mentioned:

"Durch Antwort wird Ihre E-Mail direkt an xxxxardt@npo-consulting.xx gehen." [anonymized by me]

Hope there is a way to fix this.

Sorry, can you please explain again who received Hello $username$ and how to reproduce this?

For the other issues, I think you are sending some info the recipient already know (his email and his IP).

@fplanque an anonymus comment left a working e-mail in the comment-form. I sent a message to him clicking on the evenlope icon (see fig.), filled out the message form to the user who commented and sent my message (see fig.).
This pushed the message I quoted above.
