Hi,
I have a strange problem. I'm unable to delete any files via the file manager. It prevent me it's linked to user's photo profile. I don't understand as I have the same message for all files. It's "linked" to all the profile of my users. And any users use photo. Something is probably wrong in the database but I couldn't find what.

Strange indeed! Have you cleared the cache (Dashboard > Tools > Miscellaneous) ?
Also, please enable the debugging mode and share its output with us.
