Hello

I want to install 5.0.9 stable but I get stuck on install that the tables in the database are not created

Fill in your database username and password (from step 1) as well as your database name. Check that the other fields look right and then click to update the configuration file.

Choose "New Installation" from the next screen and click "Go!"

b2evo will write your config files and populate your database with some sample blogs and posts. At the bottom of this page you will see your "login" and "password", which you will use to access your new blog. Don?t lose these. They can be changed later, but they are required to access your new blog.

NOT SO here:

Last screen is:
Installing b2evolution
Checking files...

and then nothing.

Usually you would see a whole bunch of lines doing things but not here. The database will still be empty.

I have installed b2 often, so it is not new to me.

I checked the database, login etc and the apache setup as well - can't find any problems.

I am using a Linux openSuSE 13.1, 64 bit server. Have also used a php5.ini from a working setup but it is all the same.

Probably a LAMP extension missing - Anyone with an idea?

Never mind...

Must be a openSuSE thing; either XFCE desktop or achitecture. I have it working now.
